The most eagerly awaited festival in the hills of Meghalaya will start on 1 December 2023

In Shillong, Meghalaya, the eagerly awaited Hills Festival 2023 is scheduled to kick off on December 1. In its fourth iteration, this two-day cultural extravaganza will honor the essence of the stunning Northeastern state of Meghalaya.

This edition will feature delicious food and folk music to promote Meghalaya's rich cultural diversity. This locally supported music festival, which takes place in Umbi Village against the picturesque background of Umiam Lake, is run by a creative team at HYPE - Helping Young People Entertainment in association with Meghalaya Tourism.
