Mode of Payment: Online payment through PayTm/ GooglePay / Net Banking/ Through Payment Gateway/Cheques / Demand Draft / RTGS in favor of Sahyog Hospitality Services Pvt Limited.

Agreement Period: The Franchisee Agreement will be valid for a period of 5 years. After 5 years, if the applicant and Sahyogmantra Tours wish to continue with the Franchisee, it will require a new agreement to be signed along with the new Terms & Conditions and fee structure.

• Fully furnished retail premises at a busy location with an area of min 250-400 sq. ft. (carpet area).
• Premises should be preferably on the ground floor with proper visibility and frontage. If the premise is on the first floor but all the other parameters are met, one can forward the application but the decision will be at the discretion of the Sahyogmantra Tours Management.
• Premises should be under ownership of the Franchisee partner or it should be on lease agreement for 5 years.
• Provision for a visible signboard.
• The interiors and the exteriors will have to be followed as per Sahyogmantra Tours specifications and guidelines.
• Any expense for renovating the premises or doing it up as per Sahyogmantra Tours specifications will be borne by the applicant (Franchisee).
• IT, Telephone systems and Operating expenses like electricity, telephone, fax, courier, broadband or any other expenses will be borne by the Franchisee.
• Conveyance, housekeeping, provision for tea / coffee, photocopy, etc will be arranged by the Franchisee and expenses will be borne by him / her.
• Initially, two employees to be recruited and after one year two more can be recruited to carry out business.

• Sahyogmantra Tour’s sign board design.
• Modus operandi of the business.
• Store Manager (as per the decision by Sahyogmantra Tours Management).
• User ID & Password of Sahyogmantra Tours to Franchisee Partner
• Promotional Materials.
• Sahyogmantra Tour Products, Insurance and other services.
• Marketing support through advertisements and campaigns.
• Sales Support for large Group bookings.
• Operation support during peak holiday season.
• Periodical training to staff.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance to ensure healthy Franchisee partenership for mutual benefit.
