  • Sahyogmantra Tours is not holding any accommodation/air seats for you at the moment. Upon receipt of the registration amount, we will then request your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change/availability.
  • Booking is Non-Refundable/Amendable after confirmed
  • For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a 50% advance deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled a maximum 20 days prior to departure
  • On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

  • In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or Cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as 'no show' on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
  • Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
  • Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger's own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will help the best of our abilities.
  • Documentation: The passenger/s will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non- availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
