• All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates are based on a specified number of passengers, and any changes in group size will impact the pricing. 
• A supplementary charge for 4 Stars and 5 Stars hotel will apply for the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner and New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. The applicable rate will be confirmed at the time of booking. 
• The vehicle will not be at disposal and will operate strictly as per the itinerary. Additional usage for shopping, lunches, dinners, extra sightseeing, or any other purposes beyond the scheduled itinerary will not be permitted. Transportation will be provided strictly on a point-to-point basis. 
• Guests must return to the hotel from sightseeing by 5:00 PM at all destinations. Any vehicle usage beyond this time will incur additional charges. 
• Payment must be made as per the payment policy outlined below. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule at any stage will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice. Any advance amount paid will be subject to charges as per the cancellation policy. 
• Any additional charges arising due to natural disasters, political disturbances, changes in government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control must be borne directly by the guests. The company will not be responsible for cancellation charges resulting from natural disasters, political disturbances, changes in government rules and regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Vehicles will not be available for leisure days, free days, or for shopping/market visits. If required, additional supplement charges will apply. 
• Vehicles are not allowed to park inside the Thamel market or New Road market due to security reasons. 
• An additional supplement charge (Night Charge) will be applicable for arrivals after 8:00PM. 
• Vehicles are not allowed inside the Durbar Squares, Lumbini Conservation Area, and Janakpur premises. 
• Drivers are not guides and cannot provide explanations regarding sightseeing or destinations. However, they will remain cooperative and assist guests as needed.
• On the day of arrival, if sightseeing is planned, guests must arrive before 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, if sightseeing is included, the departure must be scheduled after 3:00 PM.
• For sightseeing in India at Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya, vehicles are not allowed due to security reasons. Guests will need to explore these destinations on their own. 
• In areas such as Jomsom, Ghandruk, or other trekking routes, please note that these are remote areas, and the facilities may not be as comfortable or developed as in city areas. 
• In hilly areas, the vehicle's air conditioning may not function properly due to the terrain. 
• Sightseeing time will be 5-6 hours for full-day sightseeing and 2-3 hours for half-day sightseeing. 
• Please ensure you carry necessary items such as an umbrella, raincoat, sweater, jacket, etc., while traveling, based on the season. 
• The company will not be responsible for any illnesses or sickness that occur during the tour. 
• The company will not be responsible for any extra services such as porter, camera fees, guide services, boating, tickets, or any other additional charges.

GUIDE CHARGES INFORMATION: 

• It is mandatory to have a guide for better coordination and experience. 
• Guide Charges: INR 3,000 per day (for a Hindi/English-speaking guide). 

HOTEL CHECK-IN INFORMATION: 

• Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) (may vary by hotel)
