My Ashaya Agro Farms Story

Some connections begin with a business meeting.
Some begin with a simple introduction.
And some slowly turn into relationships that create opportunities you never planned for.

My association with Ashaya Agro Farms is one such story.

It Started With a Conclave

I first met Neha Pednekar at a conclave, where she was representing Ashaya Agro Farms.

At that time, it was simply a professional introduction. But Neha personally reached out to me later for a 1-to-1 meeting, and that conversation became the beginning of a much deeper connection.

During our interaction, I was introduced to Chaya Madam, the owner of Ashaya Agro Farms.

Sometimes, networking is not about what happens in the first meeting. It is about what happens because of that meeting.

Discovering Ashaya Agro Farms – 2025

In 2025, we decided to personally visit Ashaya Agro Farms and experience the property ourselves.

For us at Sahyogmantra Tours, this is important. Before recommending a property to our guests, I believe in experiencing it personally and understanding what the guest can actually expect.

And Ashaya Agro Farms left a very positive impression on us.

The property is beautifully located beside the river, surrounded by greenery and nature. The bamboo cottages, swimming pool, peaceful surroundings and well-maintained spaces create a very different experience from a regular city stay.

There is also kayaking for guests who want to add a little adventure to their stay.

The food was another highlight for us. The fresh, homemade-style food gave the entire experience a warm and comfortable feeling.

The property also has wellness and relaxation facilities, including massage services. Chaya Madam herself has experience in chiropractic care, homeopathy, naturopathy, Ayurveda, cupping therapy and chronic pain management, and she has trained therapists for massage services for both male and female guests.

Our 2025 visit helped us understand the property beyond photographs or brochures. We experienced the hospitality, surroundings, food and activities ourselves.

We left the following evening with a very good feeling about the place.

From a Property Visit to a New Opportunity

Our connection with Ashaya Agro Farms did not remain limited to our personal visit.

Later, we also had the opportunity to send our college students for a study visit to the property.

For me, this was a beautiful example of how one professional connection can create opportunities across different areas—not just travel, but also education and experiential learning.

Coming Back Again – 2026

This year, in 2026, we decided to visit Ashaya Agro Farms once again.

This time, it was not just about exploring the property from a professional perspective. It was also about taking a break, spending time in nature and simply relaxing.

And I was happy to see that the property had evolved beautifully.

The surroundings were even better maintained, the overall experience felt more refined, and the peaceful atmosphere that we remembered was still very much there.

What made this visit even more interesting were the people we met there.

During our stay, we came across a group of around 10 friends who had come together to enjoy some quality time at the property.

We also met a family who had travelled from Saudi Arabia and were visiting the farm through their connection with Chaya Madam. They had come with their family to spend time, relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.

It was wonderful to see that the property attracts not only regular travellers, but also people who already know and trust Chaya Madam and choose Ashaya Agro Farms as a place to spend quality time with their families and friends.

More Than Just a Stay

What I appreciate about Ashaya Agro Farms is that it does not feel like just another place where you check in, spend a night and leave.

The combination of nature, river surroundings, comfortable cottages, food, activities and wellness gives it a different character.

It can be a place for a small group of friends, a family getaway, a relaxing break or simply a chance to step away from the busy routine of city life.

And after experiencing the property in both 2025 and 2026, I feel much more confident about introducing it to our guests through Sahyogmantra Tours.

What Networking Has Taught Me

When I look back at this journey, I realise how beautifully one connection can grow.

A meeting at a conclave led to a 1-to-1 meeting.

That meeting led to an introduction to Chaya Madam.

That introduction led to a property visit.

The property visit led to a professional association.

That association created an opportunity for our college students.

And then, a year later, we returned again—not only as professionals, but also as guests looking for some peace and relaxation.

This is what I love about relationships and networking.

Every connection does not have to become an immediate business opportunity. Sometimes, you simply meet someone, build trust, experience each other’s work, and allow the relationship to grow naturally.

Over time, that connection can become a collaboration, a recommendation, a new opportunity—or simply a beautiful relationship.
