• Day is not fix for any tours on SIC Basis. We will match as per our Daily Vehicles Log.
• If any arrival by Night Coach Which is taking Overnight Bus then Mid night Surcharges will be apply.

• Sahyogmantra Tours is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change / availability.
• For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 50% advance deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 20 days prior to departure.
• On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.
• The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to T&T.
• In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve increase in price.
• In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as 'no show' on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm Accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger's own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will help the best of our abilities.
• Late Night and Early Morning pick up extra surcharges will be applicable.
• 7:30 PM- 6:00 Am between that time any pick up / Drop to APT additional surcharge will be applicable.
• If Guest wants to change timing, then additional cost 0 chargeable as we have to arrange separate vehicle for that Guest.
• last min changes 100 % cancellation applicable for that particular transfer.
• Rate has quoted based on current ROE of USD, any changes in ROE will affect on cost.
• If payment did not make on given deadline, booking will be auto release.
• For Groups big luggage’s storage place at cable car station, Genting is temporarily closed till further notice.

Documentation:

• The passenger/s will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
• The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.

• Before 60 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Between 30 days and in case of no show - 100%
