More information / rules about the trip: We are going on a study tour to a very remote area. You will be well taken care of and well-arranged everywhere. However, please note that unlike other destinations and other tours, not all the comforts are available here. 

• Accommodation during the study tour is available on a sharing basis at Somnath and Hemalkasa. Dormitories with 4, 6 or 10 beds in a room, attached bathroom, each with a separate bed are available everywhere. Accommodation is in shared rooms without Air Conditioning at all places in Somnath and Hemalkasa. Men and women will have separate rooms and each one will be provided with a separate bed. Hot water is available for bathing everywhere. 
• You have to carry your own luggage, so if possible, take trolley bags (travel bags that can be pulled on wheels) with you. At Somnath and Hemalkasa, there are no porters / coolies or helpers for luggage handling. 
• If there are 18 or more tourists participating in the tour group, we send a separate coordinator (Tour Manager), otherwise our driver plays the role of our coordinator. We take a separate guide with us to get information about the projects at each place at Somnath and Hemalkasa. 
• Vehicles will be arranged for travel according to the number of participants in the trip. In case any vehicle breaks down due to unavoidable reasons, alternative travel arrangements will be made available. If the Air Conditioning system suddenly breaks down, it will not be possible to change the vehicle on time. Since the places we visit are very remote, such a time may come once in a year or two. 
• As per Somnath's regulations, every visitor must be fully vaccinated against Covid and must submit their Aadhaar card, everyone's phone number, and address at the time of booking the trip. 
• Before disembarking at Wardha, complete the pre-travel rituals and brushing your teeth, washing your face, etc morning ablutions. Bathing facilities will be available only when you reach your destination of stay. 
• If the projects you are visiting (Somnath & Hemalkasa) have their own events (weddings or other ceremonies, training/medical camps, etc.) at such times, we will arrange your accommodation at alternative locations. 
• On last day of tour in Nagpur city, we can usually see some places depending on the time available, but it will ultimately depend on the traffic and other factors at that time. 
• You should follow the instructions and rules given to you from time to time. If any accident occurs due to your negligence or if any untoward incident occurs for any other reasons, you will be responsible for your own life and should not violate any inappropriate act or regulation. 
• If you cancel your trip for any reason, you will have to bear cancellation charges. Please note that there will be no refund in case of NO SHOW. If you have to be admitted for medical reasons during tour, you will have to bear the expenses yourself. 
• To reserve your place on the trip, you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 6,000/- per person. If we are arranging the train ticket, you will have to pay the full amount of the train ticket at the time of booking the trip. The remaining trip fee must be paid 21 days before the trip begins. Your place on the trip will be confirmed only after your full payment is received.
• If for any reason you are unable to attend the trip, your money will be refunded as per the cancellation policy. If you cancel in writing or by mail up to 15 days before the trip, your tour cost will be refunded after deducting ‘non-refundable’ amount of Rs. 6,000/- Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations made 10 days prior to the tour departure date. If you are unable to participate due to natural or man-made disasters or personal reasons, your money will not be refunded. 
• If we have booked a train or air ticket, its cancellation will be charged as per the railway or air service rules and the remaining amount will be refunded. If the train or flight is cancelled / delayed / rescheduled by Railways or Airline, then you will have to bear expenses if any occur. 
• If you wish to do extensive Nagpur sightseeing, we can arrange that with Ramtek temple for you at additional cost. Also, separate trips are available to visit other projects of Baba Amte such as Somnath Project, Nagepally Project, Ashokvan Project, Jhari Jamani, Mul Gavan, Khamancheru, Nelgunda, Jinjgaon etc. and to visit Dr. Abhay Bang's Search Shodhagram Project, For that, you should contact separately. 
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at Somnath and Hemalkasa. Only vegetarian food will be available at Somnath and Hemalkasa. 
• Bottled drinking water is prohibited at all projects you visit. You will be provided with purified, filtered drinking water while staying and visiting the project. Bottled water will be provided to you during the bus journey. If you have a metal water bottle at home, please bring it with you. 
• If we, the tour operator has to cancel the tour for any reason, you will be refunded your money. The tour operator reserves all rights to cancel the tour or make any changes to the tour program with or without prior notice to you. We may cancel the trip if there is any strike or protest. The locations we visit are very remote and sensitive. If for any reason we suddenly need to cancel the trip, we may cancel the trip in the best interest of all. If the trip is cancelled by us, all money paid by you will be refunded to you. The organizers reserve the right to consider alternative arrangements of accommodation or right to cancel the trip. 
• There is no restriction on what items or clothes you should bring with you to participate in the trip. You can take any clothes that you are comfortable with. As mobile phone usage is prohibited during Tadoba Safari, if you have a digital/other camera at home, please bring it with you (Camera Usage Charges Rs. 250/- per safari extra). Carry binoculars. Carry mosquito repellent, a shawl, power bank, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap. (Towels and toiletry kits are not provided at Somnath and Hemalkasa). Please bring one original identity card, preferably Aadhar card. Only BSNL & Jio have network in Hemalkasa.
