• Sahyogmantra Tours is currently not holding any accommodation/air seats for you. Upon receipt of the registration amount, we will then request your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all are subject to change/availability.
• Booking is Non-Refundable/Amendable after confirmed
• For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a 50% advance deposit at the time of booking. Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled a maximum of 20 days prior to departure. 
• On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled a maximum of 45 days before departure. 
• The rooms & rates are subject to availability during booking/confirmation.
• For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to T&T.
• In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve increase in price.
• In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death, or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays, or Cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as 'no show' on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.  
• Any overstay expenses due to delay change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger's own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will help to the best of our abilities.

Documentation:

• The passenger/s will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused/delayed documents and/or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and/or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
• The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• The above rates apply strictly to resident Indian citizens only.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 60 days or more - 30% of the tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 55% of the tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 80% of the tour cost
• Between 30 days and in case of a show - 100%
