• 01The complimentary person has to bear the flight fare & visa charge as applicable.
• 02,The Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
• 03, The additional night charge will be applicable if yatra need to be extended due to any reason as visa, permit,
• flight, weather problem etc which are beyond control of Fishtail Travel and its associated agents. The additional charge for Indian national INR 3,000.00 per person per night and for foreign nationals other than Indian National USD 75.00 per person per night inclusive of all meals.
• 04,The rate is based on the contract with FEC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China, as of 2025. Any price revisions made by FEC or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 2026 will be applicable accordingly.

         Cancellation

• All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in writing; verbal cancellation will not be accepted. There is no refund for services not used. In case of any cancellation the booking amount will be completely forfeited. In addition, the following cancellation rules will be applicable on the balance amount payable. 
• •Before 21 days- as per the non-refundable booking charge Minimum USD 500.00 for foreign nationals and INR 25,000 for Indian nationals and above as applicable. 
• •Within 15 days period from tour departure date: 50% cancellation charges.
• •Within 7 days and less periods from the date of departure: 75% cancellation charges.
• The above cancellation rules are applied as per the rules and regulation of China Tibet Tourism Bureau (TTB), CIPSC  and Foreign Exchange Center ( FEC) ), China

       Payment: 

• 01,Full China Part Payment USD 1,600.00 ( Overland Yatra) , USD 1400.00 ( Heli Yatra ) & USD 2,700.00 ( Via Lhasa )  should be TT to Chinese Counterpart ( CIPSC/FEC/ any other agency as suggested by  Fishtail Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd along with full and final naming list submission .
• 02,100% of the other part payment as per the finalized rates should be sent to Fishtail Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd bank account before 7 days from the date of group departure for the yatra. 
• 03,20% remaining payment from the other services part payment must be settled within 7 days from the date of group return from the yatra.
