THINGS TO CARRY-

1. Good sport shoes (compulsory).
2. Extra Pair of cloths, Towel, napkin, Socks
3. Water (2ltr minimum).
4. Some eatables preferably biscuits, dry fruits, namkeen
5. Cap / Gog / Camera (optional).
6. Personal small medical kit. (If u require usually/Optional)
7. TORCH with extra batteries (compulsory).
8. Small Sack to put all these things should be wrapped in plastic bag for preventing it from getting wet

NOTE: YOU CAN KEEP YOUR EXTRA LUGGAGE IN THE BUS ITSELF NO NEED TO CARRY IT WHILE TREKKING

• It is up to the individual to arrange their own holiday / accident insurance & each adult would be asked to sign a liability waiver.
• Sahyogmantra Tours hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
• Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
• In case event place or venue is changed will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, no change in costing will be charged.
• All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
• Sahyogmantra Tours is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any participant whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligence including injury or loss incurred whilst in any activity in which participants are invited to participate.

• Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 60 days or more - 25% of tour cost
• Between 60 and 45 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 30 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
• Between 15 days and in case of no show – 100% of tour cost
